The luxurious hotel of German dictator Hitler's dreams.

The second world war did not begin then, but nazi fear began to sit in the world. Meanwhile, Adolf Hitler (Adolf Hitler) planned to build a holiday camp for soldiers. Built on hitler's orders on The Rugen Island (Rügen) of the Baltic Sea in Germany (Germany), this hotel is known as Colossus of Prora. Architect Clemens Klotz designed the hotel in 1930 at Hitler's behest.

The nazi organization Kraft durch Freude took the responsibility of developing the island, spread over a radius of about 5 kilometers, which means strengthening through happiness. Hitler's direct purpose in preparing the hotel was to enable The Germans, especially soldiers, to have fun after work. The hotel was named Prora, which means barren land. The name was found because the hotel was built in a sandy space in the middle of the sea. Massive work began.

About 9,000 workers worked day and night, and between 1936 and 1939, the work continued for 3 years. The project was fitted with 237.5 million German currency. In today's time it costs approximately €899 million. Its 8 housing blocks, theatres and cinema halls were ready. The swimming pool and festival hall were about to begin when World War II began and work stopped in 1939. All the workers were sent to the army.
