Do not forget this work even before sleeping

Do not pay attention to the body!!

Overall, we pay attention to our clothes and makeups for the entire 24 hours, but from the inside how our body is, what it needs and what we are giving it, we are not able to pay attention at all. Therefore, it is important that the body you are working so hard with so much stress, a little attention should also be given to that so that you can achieve your goals and that too with good health.

Due to going to office or work early in the morning, if you are not able to pay attention to the body, then there is no problem. After coming home the night is yours. Therefore, in the evening, take some time and meditation for yourself and your body as well.

Eat food on time 

💧Eat food at least two hours before bedtime. Try to eat homemade food only. Due to having dinner late at night, concentration deteriorates, cholesterol and sugar are also affected.

💧Do not eat food when you are full. If you eat three rotis daily, then eat only two rotis in the evening. Reduce the amount of khoti and take more vegetables or salads.

💧Dinner should be light and easily digestible. It takes a lot of time to digest high fat and protein food and this affects our sleep.

💧Eating more spicy food also works to increase bile in the body at night. This type of food sounds delicious, but it is harmful for health.

💧Eat light food with less spices. Eat khichdi or porridge for two days in a week. This will keep the stomach soft.

💧While eating food, stay away from mobile and TV so that the focus is on eating. Food tastes to the body by eating food.

💧Stay away from tea-coffee or cigarette-alcohol in the evening. These things produce more energy and the body does not need more energy at night.

💧After eating the food, definitely take it out for a walk. Take a walk of at least 20 minutes if not more.

💧Drink warm milk half an hour before bedtime. Wash hands and feet and mouth with fresh water before going to bed. It helps to sleep well.

💧Make sure to go to bed and try to go to bed on time. Sleeping early and waking up early is a sign of good health.
